By registering for and participating in Frontrow 2025 (the “Event”), hosted by Insert Frame in collaboration with Framer, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Information

1.1 The Event will take place on February 18–20, 2025, online and in person in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia.

1.2 Participation is free of charge; however, registration is required to access Event materials, content, and sessions.

1.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia.

1.4 By participating in any online components of the Event (including live sessions on YouTube), you are also subject to YouTube’s Terms of Service: YouTube Terms of Service.

2. Data Collection and Processing

2.1 Data Collected:

By registering, you agree to provide Insert Frame and Framer with your personal data, including but not limited to your name, email address, location, and other information as specified in the registration form.

2.2 Purpose of Data Use:

• To facilitate your participation in the Event.

• To send marketing communications related to Frontrow 2025, Insert Frame, and Framer products and services.

• To provide Event updates, post-Event resources, and follow-up opportunities.

2.3 Opt-In Consent:

By registering, you consent to receiving marketing communications from both Insert Frame and Framer. You can unsubscribe at any time via the “unsubscribe” link in any email.

• Sharing offensive or harmful content during live sessions or chats.

3.3 Consequences:

Participants violating these guidelines may be removed from the Event without warning and may lose access to future Insert Frame and Framer events.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 All content shared during the Event, including presentations, videos, and resources, is the intellectual property of Insert Frame, Framer, or the respective speakers.
4.2 Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute Event content without prior written consent.

5. Community Guidelines

5.1 Be respectful and supportive in all interactions with Event participants, speakers, and organisers.

5.2 Share constructive feedback, ask questions, and engage in discussions in a positive manner.

5.3 Keep contributions relevant to the Event’s theme and sessions.

6. Liability

6.1 Insert Frame and Framer will make reasonable efforts to ensure a smooth and successful Event but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free sessions.

6.2 Insert Frame and Framer are not liable for technical difficulties, loss of access, or other issues arising from participant-side equipment or internet connectivity.

7. Marketing Opt-In

By registering, you:
7.1 Agree to receive communications from Insert Frame and Framer regarding the Event and other related products or services.

7.2 Understand that you can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing account@insertframe.io

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
